The Shared Spiral

The group space for those who are ready to explore themselves in the presence of others. Here, we begin to feel how different we are, and how deeply the same. This is for those who want to see beyond the inner voices that say you are too much or not enough and experience what it is like to be met with honesty, kindness, and care. We move together through breath, movement, silence, and sound. And step by step, something opens: trust, connection, and the quiet recognition that we have been whole all along.

The Spiral of Leadership - Supporting Conscious Leaders and Cultures

A space for leaders who are ready to lead from within. Not through control, but through clarity, presence, and resonance. Here, leadership is not a role, but a relationship: with self, with others, and with the culture we co-create. This is for those who are tired of managing symptoms and ready to meet the roots. For those who know that true transformation starts when we stop performing and start listening to ourselves, and to the systems we shape. We move together through reflection, dialogue, embodiment, and silence. And as the spiral unfolds, something shifts: awareness deepens, courage strengthens, and a new kind of leadership begins to emerge. One that is human, grounded, and whole.

Formats:

  • 1:1 leadership mentoring based on the AIRA movement
  • Team-based AIRA spiral
  • Half- or full-day workshops on themes like resonance, creativity, and sustainable leadership

What's Included:

  • Organizational inquiry based on AIRA movement
  • Strategic HR and leadership alignment with human needs
  • Team spiral, deep-dive sessions, and culture-shifting facilitation
  • Trauma-informed executive mentoring and somatic awareness tools

Who it's for:

  • Conscious leaders and founders
  • HR professionals and leaders
  • Organizations seeking to align mission, people, and impact
  • Those who value purpose over profit

What to expect:

  • The direction unfolds from within the team, not imposed from the outside
  • Insights into nervous system regulation, the role of music, and embodied leadership
  • A shift from performance to presence and from pressure to resonance

How I Work – Holding Space for Realignment

AIRA holds space for transformation through awareness, inquiry, resonance, and actualization guided by presence, shaped by experience, and grounded in the belief that real change begins when we meet ourselves honestly.

Intuitive

In moments of chaos, I rely on intuition to guide clients toward clarity and inner alignment, rather than steering them to follow any kind of process. I hold space with presence, attuned to what is unfolding. Clients always set the intention; I follow their rhythm, waves and inquire what I notice beneath the surface. Sometimes it is a breath, a pause, or a song that opens the door - and that is where the work begins.

Humble

Transformation happens when someone begins to see their own strength, their own value and not through my words, but through their own remembering. My role is to hold space gently, respectfully so they can rediscover their strength and worth in their own time. Sometimes, all it takes is a quiet image, a breath, or a sound to return to what was never lost.

Reliable

I meet each moment with integrity and lived experience I show up with consistency and care even in moments of uncertainty or grief. I hold the space with honesty and a steady heart, walking beside each person as they navigate their way. Clients can trust that I’m here not to rescue but to walk beside them with clarity. The path may not always be easy, but it doesn’t have to be lonely.

Unique

No path is the same. I draw from a wide range of tools from corporate experience and trauma-informed practice to yoga, music, and breathwork to meet people exactly where they are. Whether in one-to-one sessions, group spaces, or organizational settings, the process is always tailored, always personal. Each person, each team, each moment calls for something different.

Professional Grounding and Trusted Standards

I am a registered member of international organizations that value integrity, presence, and professionalism in trauma-informed and holistic work. These memberships reflect my ongoing commitment to safe, grounded, and ethical practice for both individuals and groups.

Q&A

Why AIRA?

Can’t AI support transformation more efficiently?

Transformation is not just about efficiency. It is about connection. No algorithm can hold silence, sense a pause, or witness someone finding their truth. AIRA moves at a human pace, because real change begins in relationship, not in code.

Why doesn’t AIRA use tests or standardized assessments?

AIRA begins with the person, not a score. Structure can help, but it never replaces the context, rhythm, and lived experience of the individual or team.

How do you measure results?

Through observable movement: greater clarity, more conscious decisions, healthier boundaries, and changes that can be lived rather than simply understood.

Isn’t this approach too abstract or emotional for corporate settings?

AIRA connects human awareness with practical leadership and organizational choices. Emotion is not separate from work; it shapes attention, trust, decisions, and culture.

How is AIRA adapted to fast-paced, structured environments?

AIRA adapts its rhythm and format to the environment. Sessions and workshops can be shorter and more structured while still keeping space for the awareness, inquiry, and resonance that make change real.

What if someone isn’t ready for self-inquiry or deep reflection?

The pace is always set by the person. If deep self-inquiry is not possible yet, the work simply begins where you are - with presence, the body, and whatever feels safe to explore.

Can this scale across teams or organizations?

Yes. The format changes, while the movement through awareness, inquiry, resonance, and actualization remains consistent.

Is this just for a certain type of person?

No. The work meets each person, team, and organization exactly where they are. What changes is the depth, pace, and format - not the underlying movement through awareness, inquiry, resonance, and actualization.

Is this work therapeutic, spiritual, or professional?

It can touch all three dimensions, but it is mentoring and facilitation rather than medical treatment. The work stays grounded in clear boundaries and the needs of the setting.
