Who is responsible for your data

What we collect, and why

The name, email address, topic and message you enter in the contact form are used to answer you. Legal basis: a step taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We keep them while the matter is open and, if we work together, as long as the work needs.

The message reaches us by email (sent through Scaleway in France; the Gmail account you write to is run by Google); the site is served by bunny.net from Slovenia. Visits are counted without cookies and without identifying anyone, on our own server in the EU (Umami), on the basis of legitimate interest. We sell no data and pass none to advertisers.

No cookies

The site sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Two convenience settings stay in your browser’s local storage, never leave your device and identify no one: the theme (ildiacs-theme) and the language (ildiacs-locale). You can clear them in your browser settings at any time.

Your rights and complaints

You can ask for information and a copy, for your data to be corrected, deleted or restricted, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask for portability. Write to acsildi79@gmail.com — we answer within one month, free of charge. We make no automated decisions and do no profiling.

You may complain to the NAIH (naih.hu, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, Falk Miksa u. 9–11, 1055 Budapest) or go to court.

Accessibility
